Allison Bowsher is an entertainment writer and freelance contributor for SPY.com. Allison spent four years as the Editor and head writer for Much.com aka the Canadian MTV. During her time at Much, Allison conducted more than 100 on-camera interviews with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Jason Segel and Adam Levine.
Allison’s work continues to focus mainly on entertainment, as well as parenting, fashion, travel, fitness and household goods. Her writing has been featured on E! Online, MTV, The Loop, Bustle, and CTV. Born and raised outside of Toronto and now living in the US, Allison earned her Masters in Communication and Culture from York University. A connoisseur of all nacho-related foods and living proof that you can turn watching TV into a career, Allison spends her days running after her young daughter, whom she named after a character on Scrubs.
