Latterner is a graduate of New York University and the Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied writing before moving to Los Angeles to work for the writing staff of The Ellen Degeneres Show. As a humorist, his work has been featured in MAD Magazine, CollegeHumor, and National Lampoon, where he also served as managing editor.
